Text Messaging (SMS)

To receive text messages SMS, you must have a wireless device of your own that is subscribed to 2-way messaging services from your wireless carrier. Carrier traffic may result in delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages to you are at no cost, but your wireless carrier may charge you standard messaging fees or taxes for each message you send or receive, depending on your wireless subscription plan.

Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Squeegee Squad Franchisees in the following ways 

  • Verbally, during a conversation
  • By submitting an online form
  • By filling out a paper form

Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive various SMS messages per week related to your appointments/billing, etc..

Types of SMS Communications

If you purchase a service from a member of the Squeegee Squad brand, that brand will provide you with related informational and transactional information by phone, email, or SMS messaging (text). These communications may contain appointment schedule, follow up messages, billing inquires or other reminders related to your use of the service.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages on our Estimate Form. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you may choose not to check the SMS consent box on our form.

Your phone number (or other opt-in data) or consent to SMS / texting will not be shared with third parties or affiliates seeking to market or otherwise promote products or services to you. Information sharing with our franchisees and with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. You may reply STOP at any time to cease marketing texts from a brand to which you previously consented. Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

The verifiable consumer request must: 1) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative of that person; and 2) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

We seek to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
